Install "Presto tv tuner driver installer" from Acer
Install "Presto tv tuner software" on your laptop or PC
Connect with USB cable to "Presto tv tuner software" and run
If it doesn't work, try to connect TV using other USB port.
If it still doesn't work, try on another USB port (if available)
If it still doesn't work, try to turn off your PC/laptop
If it still doesn't work, try to restart your PC/laptop
If it still doesn't work, you may need to restart your PC/laptop
If it still doesn't work, contact Acer service center

I have the same problem: I have a Win7 PC and it didn't worked, I tried all USB ports and nothing. I still have access to USB ports, so I must leave it for few days and try on the weekend. I can connect the DVB-S TV to the USB ports and see that the Windows is able to receive the signal (it's lit). But nothing in the Windows or the DVB software. The DVB software shows that there is a DVB-S signal coming in. I have the same problem: I have a Win7 PC and it didn't worked, I tried all USB ports and nothing.
